Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you may want to return item(s) due to the following:ยท

  • Incorrect size(s) ordered
  • Damaged/Faulty product(s)

Before processing a return, please email admin@princessponyequestrian.com.au and provide details as to why you are returning your product(s) from the above options. Your return will then be assessed, and you will be advised by return email of the outcome.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

To receive a refund or an exchange for a credit note, the product must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn) with the correct original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please include a note with your name, order number and advise whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a credit note.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge. The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or faulty/damaged products.

Refunds will be paid back via the method in which the purchase payment was made.

If items are exchanged for a credit note, you will be charged a postage fee which will be deducted from your credit note. We cannot take responsibility for you ordering the incorrect size(s). If you are unsure about a size, please contact us via email at admin@princessponyequestrian.com.au

Payment & Pricing

Online orders can only be accepted with payment via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.

All prices are in Australian dollars (โ€œAUDโ€) and include Goods and Services Tax (โ€œGSTโ€).

Products are priced at the recommended retail price as set by us. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time and without notice.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Broadford, Victoria.

We deliver all our orders via Australia Post, throughout Australia and overseas.

We aim to have all orders shipped out by the next business day.

All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $99.00

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, please expect a delay in order delivery. Any delays are beyond our control.
